How To Use Your Prescription Service

How To Use Your Prescription Service

Through your prescription service, you have access to some of the lowest-priced prescription medication in the country. We partner with a nationwide network of pharmacies to give your access to affordable drug pricing at over 65,000 locations. Use your prescriptions service anytime you need to fill a prescription from a pharmacy.

How does it work? Your prescriptions are filled through Drexi, a national pharmacy benefit manager with over 65,000 locations. Here’s how you do it:

  1. Get a prescription from a physician.

  2. Search for the prescription online using Drexi’s list of all local and mail-order pharmacies to view all the options and prices.

  3. Choose the best option for your needs and budget.

  4. Pick up the prescription at the pharmacy you chose or, if you selected mail-order, have it mailed to your front door.

How can I search for my prescription? Start searching for the lowest cost prescriptions at your local pharmacies by enrolling online at drexi.com. Choose the option to link your card using your Membership ID. Then, simply select a medicine to order and upload a photo of your doctor’s prescription.

Note: Online enrollment is not required. It’s available as an additional feature to help you search for the lowest cost prescription.

How can I access my prescription card? Your prescription card can be sent directly to your smartphone when you text "prescription" to (239) 299-0333. Your prescription card can also be emailed to you when you email memberdetails@healthaccesssolutions.com.

Questions about your prescriptions? Contact a pharmacy specialist at support@drexi.com or 844-728-3479.
